iOS Shortcuts
Log a chore with Siri or read your eggs of the week with iOS Shortcuts and the Nipto API.
The Get Contents of URL action of the Shortcuts app can call the Nipto API. You need your token and the ids of the tasks, found with { users { uid name } tasks { uid name } }.
Log a task with Siri
- Create a shortcut and name it as you will say it, for example Dishwasher done.
- Add Get Contents of URL with the URL
https://nipto.app/graphql. - Open Show More: set Method to
POST, add the headerAuthorizationwith your token, and set Request Body to JSON. - Add a Text field named
queryand a Dictionary namedvariables, as in the body below. - Add Show Notification to confirm. Say "Hey Siri, Dishwasher done".

- Add Get Contents of URL as above, with a JSON body whose
queryis the text below. - Add Get Dictionary Value for
data, then foractivities. - Add Repeat with Each, keep the activities whose
user.uidis yours, and add uptask.valuewith Calculate. - Add Show Result, or put the shortcut on your Home Screen.
